Phonics check
Based on professional predictions through regular phonics checks through the academic year, we achieved 77% for Year 1.
By the end of Year 2, 80% had achieved the Phonics standard.
EYFS
GLD (Good Level of Development)
The GLD is for children in reception 2023-2024: 54%
Children were assessed by:
- Close monitoring of the children using the EYFS framework.
- Moderation both internal and external through the Autumn and Spring term.
- This is based on the new EYFS curriculum framework.
